Order Tracking Information
When we process your order, you will receive an email containing your parcel's tracking number. It is the customer's responsibility to track their package. Please do not contact us unless you have checked the status of your order.
DPD Local (UK Deliveries)
Most UK parcels are dispatched using DPD or Royal Mail 24, which generally provides a next-day service from Monday to Thursday. If you place an order on Friday, your parcel will be delivered on the next working day (Monday) as standard. For Saturday delivery, please select this option at checkout.
You will receive emails from UK Peptides and DPD / Royal Mail with your tracking information. DPD will inform you of a 1-hour delivery slot on your delivery day. If you are not available to receive the parcel, please follow the link from DPD or download the DPD app to provide instructions to the delivery driver.

With the DPD app, you have complete control over your parcel. You can delay the delivery, request to leave it at a pickup point, and more.
Royal Mail 24 is an advanced delivery service that is separate from the average RM,
Royal Mail (International Standard Delivery)
If you selected International Standard Delivery, your parcel will be sent using Royal Mail. Once the parcel arrives in your country, it will be passed on to your local postal service.
Please note that tracking details for this method may be minimal and slow to update. We have no control over delays and highly recommend that international customers use Express options whenever possible.

Royal Mail will not investigate a parcel until 28 working days have passed. If your parcel arrives without delivery on this date, please get in touch with us.
DHL Express
DHL Express is a premium shipping option for international customers. This option provides faster service and superior tracking compared to standard international delivery.

International Shipping
Please remember that all international parcels will incur customs duty charges when shipping from the UK.
